La network camera Vivotek IP7132 incorpora il processore proprietario VVTK-1000 che offre una superiore qualità ai video MP4 con risoluzione VGA a 30 fps. Il processore fornisce chiarezza d'immagine ed efficienza di trasmissione finora impossibili. Viene fornito con compatibilità 3GPP/ISMA. Oltre che con browser web e con il software applicativo è possibile visualizzare i filmati tramite telefoni cellulari 3G ovunque ed in qualsisasi momento. La sincronizzazione di audio e video è ottimizzata.  Le prestazioni in basse luci sono superiori alla media. Individuazione del movimento (motion detection) con instantanee riprese prima e dopo. Dispone di I/O digitale per sensori ed allarmi , di porta di comunicazione Ethernet 10/100 e connessione wireless compatibile con i protocllo WLAN 802.11b e g. E' semplice da installare e da configurare.
