La serie de switches SMCGS10P-Smart son equipos los cuales cuentan con 10 puertos Gigabit Ethernet de los cuales 8 tienen la capacidad de suministrar corriente (8 puertos PoE) y los dos puertos adicionales son para conexión SFP 100/1000 Base-X, también tiene una administración flexible basada en web la cual permite tener una configuración en protocolo IPv4 e inclusive IPv6 por lo cual es un equipo ideal para instalarse en pequeñas y medianas empresas (PyMES).

La gama de switches SMCGS10P-Smart cuenta con el protocolo IEEE 802.1w (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol) lo cual provee una red libre de bucles y enlaces redundantes hacia su núcleo de red con una rápida convergencia, esto para asegurar y recuperar los enlaces caídos y mejorar la estabilidad y confiabilidad de la red en general.

Adicionalmente cuenta con el protocolo IEEE 802.1s (Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol) el cual se ejecuta por medio de STP con una base de VLAN, lo cual permite compartir la carga en capa 2 sobre enlaces redundantes desde 4 hasta 32 instancias.

Rendimiento y escalabilidad.

La serie de Switches SMCGS10P-Smart cuenta con un switching de 20Gbps a través de cable sobre sus 1o puertos con los que cuenta, por tal motivo habilita una transmisión de alto rendimiento para sus PC´s y Laptop´s y mejora la velocidad de transferencia grandes archivos.

Además con sus dos puertos SFP provee una flexibilidad para UPLINK ofreciendo una extensión de la conexión por medio de fibra hacia la red o núcleo central (Backbone).

Administración simple.

El equipo cuenta con la capacidad de configurarse vía web, gracias a su interfaz amigable la cual ayuda a configurarlo de una forma rápida y sencilla. También soporta administración sobre funciones de IPv4 e IPv6, SNMP v1/v2 por administración en estación, LLDP (Protocolo de descubrimiento de capa de enlaces) lo cual habilita al administrador monitorear dispositivos adjuntos a los puertos del switch.

Seguridad mejorada.

La seguridad de los puertos permite al switch limitar el número total de dispositivos y protegerlo contra ataques de flujo de MAC.

Cuenta con listas para el control de acceso (ACLs) para restringir el ingreso a datos sensibles de la red, esto denegando paquetes basados en fuentes y destinos de direcciones MAC, además de la opción DHCP Snooping la cual permite al switch proteger la red de servidores DHCP que cuenten con direcciones IP invalidas.

VIVOTEK’s VC8101 is a high-performance Full-HD split-type camera system. Its discreet design, rich functionality and ability to be flexibly integrated into even the tightest spaces, make this camera ideal for indoor or covert surveillance of ATMs, banks, stores and offices.

The VC8101 features a separate camera unit and video core design, enabling the tiny camera unit (with 5-meter long cable) to be easily and flexibly installed into any decoration or interior design, thus preserving stylish appearances while dramatically saving on installation time and cost.

Flexible Configuration

The VC8201 supports up to two cameras, which can be of the same or different types, providing unprecedented flexibility. Two cameras can be used to monitor physically partitioned spaces such as adjoining rooms, a single large space, or to provide different types of views simultaneously, among other possible usage scenarios.

The support for two cameras with a single network-connected video core that would require two separate network- connected devices in a more conventional design reduces installation time and costs. In addition, the CU8131 and CU8171 cameras currently available for use with the VC8201 system offer a special self-locking mechanism that secures them into place without the need for screws.

Less Cabling

Vivotek ha da sempre  nel proprio catalogo diversi modelli di  Ip Camera Wireless che puoi trovare in questa sezione. Sono telecamere che oltre al avere il connettore di rete 10/100 per il collegamento al computer   hanno anche la connettività WiFi e relativa antenna in modo da potere funzionare senza fili.

Se tra i modelli presenti a catalogo non c'è la telcamera adatta allora basta scecliere una normale  telecamera  con il cavo di rete e aggiuingere il kit wireless attivo ed ecco che la telecamera diventa wireless.

Abbiamo poi la possibilità di utilizzare i dispositivi Homeplug che non richiedono un cavo di rete ma usano la rete elettrica a 220 Volt di casa o ufficio per il passaggio dei dati stessi.

In molti casi quindi, quando non si può usare un collegamento Ethernet e stendere un cavo di rete 10/100 la soluzione alternativa è il collegamento Wireless o quello Homeplug risolvendo di  fatto in un solo colpo tutte le problematiche tipiche di edifici in cui le ccanaline e le tubature sono gia troppo piene di cavi e diventa complicato se non impossibile tirare nuove tratte e stebdere nuovo cavo di rete.

 

In aggiounta al kit Wifi abbiamo anche ilk Kit WiFi Punto-Punto in grado di coprire anche distanza elevate (qualche chilometro) e assicurare  un perfetto collegamento costanye nel tempo e veloce.
